The Holder will deal with the personal data for the necessary time to carry out the indicated aims and, in any case, for not over than 10 years from the moment of the cessation of the relationship and for not over then 5 years for marketing aims. The conferment of the data for the execution of obligations ensuing from a contract or necessary to carry out such relationship, beforehand and after the execution of the contract, as well as for the customer/supplier/partner profile management is obligatory. In their absence, we will not be able to guarantee the requested services and to proceed with the collaboration.
